Akshay Kumar’s Baby and Sonam Kapoor’s Dolly Ki Doli are the two films, that are ready to battle it out at the box office
Baby

Will the team Baby manage to protect the country from the evil plan of maniacal leader Maulana Mohammed Rahman?
Why you should watch: The fact that it is a Neeraj Pandey film itself warrants a visit to theatres. Pandey, who had given us gems like A Wednesday and Special 26, is back with yet another hard hitting film, mounted on the bankable shoulders of Akshay Kumar. After Holiday, Khiladi Kumar seems to be playing an army man yet again, but this time around he plays a no nonsense officer. Another exciting thing to look forward is the chemistry between Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher, which worked wonders in Special 26.
Dolly Ki Doli
Director: Abhishek Dogra
Star cast: Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma
Synopsis: Dolly Ki Doli is the story of a con woman, played by Sonam Kapoor, who robs men by faking her marriage. She meets, pursues and traps young men to marry and on the first night of their wedded life, she makes away with all the money and jewellery. Pulkit Samrat is a cop who is assigned to ferret out the con-team that works and succeeds in these heists. Will Dolly be caught in the act?
Why you should watch: Sonam Kapoor is back after the success of her last film Khoobsurat. While the plot line promises to take you on a fun ride, the trailer suggests that the film will be a whacky comedy. Apart from Sonam, the film also features some wonderful performers like Rajkummar Rao and Pulkit Samrat. It is tempting to go the theatres and see what these young talented actors have in store for us.
So go ahead BollywoodLifers, take your pick for this weekend and enjoy.
